EVENT INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION:

All artist spaces will allow three open sides and spaced a minimum of six feet apart to maximize need for Social Distancing suggested by the CDC.

We have a Jury Panel of professional artists from several disciplines judging artist applications received weekly to be invited to the show. Upon receiving an invitation to participate in our show, you will need to submit a confirmation to secure your space in the show, and make full payment of your booth fee by the booth fee deadline. We only accept credit cards on our invitation website for the payment of booth fees, or by phone if more convenient .

 

We do keep a wait list on a category basis for each show, and space of those artists receiving an invitation who have not paid their booth fee by the deadline will be offered to those on the wait list.

 

Invitations mailed may arrive in your spam folder so if you have any questions about your status, please feel free to call or email us and we will update on our jury results and your current status.

 

ABOUT THE SHOW:

Due to show cancellations all this year, anticipate larger than average crowds of

buyers from the Des Moines and surrounding area.

EXHIBITOR STANDARDS:
All work must be of original design and produced by the artist or a two-person collaboration. The work exhibited and booth must match the quality and style of work as represented in the submitted images of both your work and your booth shot. Artists are only permitted to apply with one medium. Each exhibitor is personally responsible to collect and submit any applicable State/City or County sales taxes on products they sell.

ARTIST ATTENDANCE:
The artist whose work has been accepted MUST BE present for the duration of the show to sell their products. If the artist approved is in a partnership, their artist partner may occupy the booth as well. Picture identification will be required. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Booth refunds are available for cancellations received with seventy two hours of payment receipt.. (with exception of cancellation required by State or Federal Health Guidelines) Application fees are non-refundable.
